I understand the 2 door thing i had those when my girls were little. now i have a van so it's not so much an issue. i found with a 2 car if i didn't want to take the car seat with me were i was I would pull it out of the base and sit it on the front seat to take my girlies out of it and rebuckle them then put them back on the base and go. that way i wasn't having to lean over the seat for long periods of time. i understand the travel system issue too. i love the concept, but hate that the strollers that come with them are so big and heavy.
