Walmart is probably the cheapest for new things and you can always check out the baby stores that sell used, here in AZ we have twice as nice and savers they sometimes have nice stuff a lot cheaper.
Walmartcar seatss start at 40$ and depends on the stroller you want 10$ for a cheapy thing 100$ for a big one and 149.99 for the car seat/stroller combo.
Actually Walmart is NOT always the cheapest! I prefer the Graco systems, they seem to last longer. Also Graco has a seat that lasts to 30lbs for the baby, which means less money spent in the first year. Check out Babies R Us. Every month they put floor models on discount that have only been on display for a month, as well as discontinued patterns. I have found a good Graco travel system there before for around $120
i bought from walmart for altogether with tax i believe $140 for the car seat stroller travel system EVENFLO, but always shop around you might be able to get cheaper
Try shopping online before going to a store. Research all places, like Walmart, Target, Sears, KMart, Baby’s R Us. Also there are several pregnancy websites that will have online stores. Here is a link to one of them. Compare all prices and then pick the cheapest.
I got extremely lucky and one day at walmart they put an entire line on clearence. I got a high chair, stroller/carseat, and swing for a whopping $80!! It is cosco so not to bad of a brand.
